Meet the Therapist

Hello! I'm Tori, and I am so glad you're here. My journey in this profession began with my bachelor's degree in psychology, which I earned at the University of Mary in 2018. This foundation was further strengthened by my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from the same university in 2021.

I am a passionate mental health therapist with many years of experience in supporting clients through life's emotional challenges. Growing up, I always felt a deep empathy for those around me. I was the friend who listened, the shoulder to cry on, and the person who offered support during tough times. This innate desire to help others led me to pursue a career in therapy.

Throughout my life, I have faced my own emotional challenges, including periods of anxiety and self-doubt. These experiences have given me a deeper understanding of the struggles my clients face and have fueled my passion for creating a safe and welcoming environment where they can feel heard and understood.

Throughout the years, I've had the privilege of working with individuals facing a wide range of emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment issues, and relationship difficulties. Each encounter has not only deepened my understanding but also touched my heart in profound ways. Witnessing the resilience and growth of my clients has been incredibly inspiring and has reinforced my commitment to providing compassionate, personalized support.

Today, I am dedicated to supporting clients of all ages—children, teenagers, and adults—through their emotional challenges. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, tailored to meet each individual's unique needs. I prioritize empathy, validation, and encouragement, ensuring that every client feels valued and supported.

I believe that seeking help is a courageous step, and I am honored to walk this journey with you. Together, we'll explore new strategies and nurture your personal growth in a warm, supportive, and welcoming environment.
